Reservation Rules

1. Physical persons can reserve a room at the ‘Zarya’ Hotel by telephone (4212) 32-70-75 by paying a reservation fee of 20 per cent of a room price. The payment is made to the reservation and accommodation service.

2. Juridical persons can make a reservation at the ‘Zarya’ Hotel by one of the following means:

• sending an application by fax (4212) 31-01-03
• sending an application by e-mail hotel_zarya@mail.ru, hotel@company-ml.ru
• filling the on-line form, on hotel site, under ‘on-line reservation’ link.

On-line reservation service of the ‘Zarya’ Hotel works from 9 am till 6 pm on weekdays. On weekends and holidays one can reserve a room by sending a fax application (Form № 10-Г) to (4212) 31-01-03 (for juridical persons) or by telephone (4212) 32-70-75 by paying a reservation fee (for physical persons).

2.1. The following information is to be provided in the application form:

• Enterprise name and bank details
• Guests’ names
• Date and time of arrival/departure (if the time of arrival is not indicated, the room will be reserved from 12 am.)
• Room type and number
• Method of payment (cash, cashless settlement)
• Contact information (telephone/fax number including area code, e-mail)
• Contact person (position, full name of a person responsible for reservation)

You may also indicate special requests and give extra information on reservation.

2.2 An application is processed within 2 hours. After that you will be sent a reservation confirmation, including a room rate and a reservation fee.

2.3 Reservation application is to be sent by fax or e-mail no later than 2 days prior to arrival (for a single person), and no later than 5 days prior to a group arrival.

2.4 In case of cashless settlement, an application is to be faxed or e-mailed no later than 7 days prior to arrival. Accommodation is made only on condition of full advance payment of reservation fee and room rate.

2.5 Reservation cancellation and changing the number of reserved rooms is to be made no later than 24 hours prior to arrival for individual tourists.

2.6 If a guest is one day late, a daily room rate is charged above a reservation fee. If a guest is late by more than a day, the reservation is cancelled and the guest is accommodated on a first-come-first-served basis (if there are vacant rooms).

2.7 Twin room is not served per bed.

2.8 Check-out time is 12 am.
